Competitions

 

International Competitions

There are several international ultra competitions involving Ireland each year. In 2010, the following races will occur at European and Global level:

•           24H World Championships / European Championships (13th-14th May -- Brive, France)
•           World 50km Trophy Final (29th August -- Galway, Ireland)
•           100km World Championships / European Championships (7th November -- Gibraltar)

 

The following Home Nations and Six Nations races will take place in 2010:

•            Anglo Celtic Plate 'Home Nations' 100km (19th June -- Boddington, England) 
•            Six Nations 24-Hour Race (4th September - Perth, Scotland)

      

Irish Competitions

•           National 50km Championships (29th August -- Galway, Ireland)
•           National 50-Mile Championships (4th September -- Dingle, Ireland -- if race is IAU-labelled)

 

2011 International Competiton Dates

•          World and European 24 Hour Hour Championships (25th June -- Brugg, Switzerland)
•          World Trail Championships (10th July -- Galway, Ireland)
